Eurotranciatura
are pleased to have become members of the S.M.M.A.
This year (2006) we officially opened our
new plant in Queretaro
Mexico.
The aim of this investment is to be close to our customers in
Mexico and
the wider area of N.A.F.T.A.
We have made a
large investment in buildings and equipment to ensure that we bring only
the latest technologies to N.A.F.T.A. and the high level of working conditions
as we have in our European factories.
This has been achieved by investing in new machines and processes, which
are of the latest design and technology that the market has to offer. Plus
a close attention to the building environment which increases the effectiveness
and well being of our employees.
The production capability consists of: high-speed presses ranging from 125
to 600 t., running
progressive dies producing loose laminations and interlocked stacks, single
notching presses for low volume and large diameter laminations plus a large
capacity annealing and steam bluing furnace. Additional assembly processes
will include rotor die-casting and the latest slinky lines for production
of alternator stator cores for automotive applications.
The actual covered area is 10.000 square metres, with additional land already
purchased for expansion.
