Overview - Program - Registration

SCHEDULE
Plan to arrive Wednesday, October 5th for a "Beer and Pretzels" reception in the table top area. Conference sessions run all day Thursday, including lunch followed by a reception and dinner The Conference adjourns Friday, October 7th at 12:00 noon.

CONFERENCE FEES
SMMA Conferences are open to members and prospective members. The registration fee for member company conferees is $550; registration is $650 for prospective members. Discounts are available for multiple attendees. Conference fees include Wednesday reception, continental breakfasts, networking breaks, Thursday reception and dinner and Conference materials. Spouse/guest meals are additional. There are separate fees for the Motor & Motion College Course and the EMERF Workshop on Wednesday

TABLE TOP EXHIBITS
Table Top Exhibits of SMMA supplier member companies are scheduled during networking/refreshment breaks.

DRESS
Resort casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions. Bring a sweater since meeting room temperatures vary..

HOTEL The Sheraton Chicago Northwest Hotel is located 11 miles from O"Hare and close to Woodfield Shopping Mall and Arlington Park Race Course.

SMMA has secured room rates of $119 plus applicable taxes. For reservations call 847.394.2000 and mention the SMMA Fall Technical Conference. The cut-off date is September 2, 2005 after which rooms and the special group rate may not be available.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Transportation from O'Hare or Midway can be by cab or pre-arranged with Your Private Limousine Inc. by calling 1.888.633.5466 at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
